No. Extensions are built on Shopify's native checkout UI extensions platform and run in a sandboxed environment optimized for performance. They do not add external scripts or slow down page load.

Yes. Each buyer journey stage (Checkout, Thank You, Order Status) has its own independent configuration. You can show completely different banners, recommendations, and rewards on each page.

For most extensions, rules are evaluated by priority order (top to bottom) and the first matching rule is shown. You can enable or disable individual rules without deleting them. For banners, you can show multiple banners in different positions by adding multiple app blocks in the checkout editor.

No. When you save a rewards rule with discount milestones, the app automatically creates a Shopify discount function. It applies at checkout when the customer hits the milestone. No manual codes needed.

Yes. The conditions system supports both Customer Language and Customer Country fields, so you can show different content to different audiences based on where they are or what language they use.

Yes. All blocks are configured in the Shopify Checkout Editor, which gives you a live preview of exactly how each extension will look before you push to production. You can test different configurations safely before going live.

After a customer completes payment, Cartylabs can show a one-click upsell offer on the Thank You page. The customer can accept with a single tap, their payment method is already on file, so there's no need to re-enter card details. Accepted items are added as a new order.

The dashboard shows key metrics including upsell attach rate, average order value lift, total revenue attributed to each extension, and conversion trends over time. You can filter by date range and extension type to understand exactly which blocks are driving results.

Yes. Because Cartylabs uses Shopify's native checkout UI extensions, it co-exists with other apps that use the same platform. You manage which blocks appear and in which order directly from the Shopify Checkout Editor, giving you full control over the layout.
